The algorithms that the spiders use can easily detect spam, and will penalize you. As you write the content for your site, be sure to write the content for a person and not for a search engine. Search engines help you if utilized correctly, but without the people, you have no need for the internet marketing. A good practice is to forget all about the search engines while you are writing - if your page is truly about your keywords, they will naturally appear in the page.
